Wholesale Terms

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

    • Bulk 1 lb  packaging -   2 lbs

    • Retail 1 oz packaging - Case of 24 assorted units.  Will need to specify which blends.

  2. Wholesale Pricing:

    • Wholesale prices for Traditional Foot Soaks are exclusively available to approved wholesale accounts.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will provide you with updated pricing information before you place an order.

    • Bulk - $115 per lb plus shipping (32 treatments)

    • Retail - $7.50 per 1 oz unit plus shipping (2 treatments per pack)

  3. Ordering Process:

    • To place a wholesale order, please complete and submit the Wholesale Application Form.

    • Once your application is approved, we will provide you with a wholesale account and login details to access our wholesale portal.

    • Orders can be placed through our online wholesale portal or by contacting our sales team directly at 802-326-2283.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • Wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept payment via company check, credit card, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods.

    • For established wholesale accounts with a satisfactory payment history, credit terms may be offered upon request, subject to approval.

  5. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping costs and responsibilities are the responsibility of the wholesale account holder.

    • We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

    • Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the wholesale account holder.

  6. Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns or exchanges of wholesale orders are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

    • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment if there are any issues with the products. We may request supporting documentation or images to process the claim.

  7. Marketing and Branding:

    • Wholesale accounts are authorized to use our brand name, product images, and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting and selling Traditional Foot Soaks.

    • Any modifications or alterations to our branding materials require prior written consent.

   8. Online sales:    Online sales of any Traditional Foot Soaks products are strictly forbidden. 

                                 They may only be sold in a brick and mortar storefront.

  1. Termination of Wholesale Account:

    • We reserve the right to terminate a wholesale account at any time, at our discretion, due to violations of the terms and conditions, unsatisfactory payment history, or other reasons.

    • Upon account termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and all promotional and marketing materials must be returned or destroyed.
